When it comes to physical well-being, I best describe myself as unhealthy. I may not be too slim nor too fat to say that I'm unhealthy, but internally, something's really really wrong with me. In the morning, I sometimes eat less and nauseate a little later. This just shows I have a poor appetite but sometimes, I do the cooking because my stomach's already starving. It's as if I haven't eaten for centuries. There's no consistency in my food appetite.

Whenever I'm subjected to a little colder temperature, others find it too hot while I'm already shivering in coldness. I sometimes don't understand it. I have fats to protect me from a lower temperature but maybe these just aren't enough. And when I'm in a jeepney struggling the street's traffic combined with the hot summer, I don't sweat. It doesn't show in me that I'm getting uncomfortable. This is one thing that people admired in me, but as an opposition, it's not healthy. It just means that there were less wastes eliminated from my body. And as a remedy, I drink a lot. I drink a lot of water for cleansing. In this way I may be able to urinate more. I do exercises at home. Going to gyms for a work out is a great waste of money. I have weights here and I do walking most of the time because of our business. I do my exercises with music so I won't be bored. And in that way, I enjoy sweat a lot. I eat a balanced diet since our country's in crisis; I eat less rice and much in veggies. I get rid of softdrinks. An eight ounce of coke is already composed of one tablespoon of sugar and that's not how it should be since I came from a family of diabetics. Stay fit and healthy.
